Construction Photos 2/28 Part 2

I’m back with Part 2 of 3. Photos from my visit to City Island on Saturday, February 28th. As mentioned before, I conducted a complete walk around the stadium taking photos from every possible angle.

This part will mainly focus on the area where centerfield and the scoreboard are located. This is basically like a staging area where equipment and materials are stored until needed (from what I can see).

1.) This view is looking back towards where the office building/entrance will be located. Have to love that blue sky (the southern view, which you will see later is not so nice as clouds were beginning to roll in and I was shooting into the sun).

2.) Looking toward the scoreboard you can see various pipes and tubes, as well as the old scoreboard is still standing.

3.)Construction equipment located in Right-Centerfield area.

4.) Looking in towards home plate from the centerfield area.

5.) View looking towards home plate from behind the scoreboard. This gives you an idea what the view will be like from the new seating area located by the bar and scoreboard.

6.) Concrete tubes/pipes located in the staging area (which is the handicap parking lot).

8.) This is a view from the Skyview walkway located by the soccer/football field back toward where the new office building/entrance area will be located.

9.) This photo is also from the skyview walkway. This view is looking out towards left-center.
