Collin Balester was a very good pitcher in Harrisburg, a likeable guy, and signed autographs easily when he was in Harrisburg.
Signing autographs, sent to him, seemed to be a problem in getting them returned signed. Collin needs to work on this issue, and returned the cards signed (if he still has them).
