Series Preview: Akron Aeros 4/24 - 4/27

Harrisburg enters this series with a 12-7 record and in first place in the EL South. They have seen their one-time 4 game lead in the division shrink to only a two game lead after losing the last two games at home vs. Erie. They haven’t done very well on the road as they have a 4-3 record.

Early on the Senators have been lead by the hot hitting of Luke Montz who is batting .444, 2 HR’s, and 11 RBI’s over the last 10 games. Jorge Padilla has also been swinging a hot bat collecting 12 hits in his last 34 AB’s (.353 average). Roger Bernadina has been causing havoc on the bases as he has stole 8 bases in the last 10 games, and was only caught once which he was clearly under the tag and safe in Tuesday’s game. Over the past 10 games Bernadina is also batting .341 with 7 RBI’s and 9 runs scored.
