Will,

You're pictures are great! I was there myself on Sunday and I am kind of worried their planned going as fast as they expected. The lack of a wall at this point kind of worries me!

Verb,

Thanks for the comment. I'm a little worried too. We are expecting rain over the next few days so that might further delay the progress. The wall is supposed to be those static advertisement pannels. They should go in easy.

quick question how will the static boards hold up after a couple seasons. i don't know much about them but understand there an upgrade over the chain link/wood fences we've had for years but with bodies crashing into them and balls being smacked off of them how will they hold up

I would almost be certain that they would be built in such a way that they can take that kind of abuse. I know that some hockey arenas that have something like that up in the boards, and with pucks and players bouncing off of some of them, they seem to hold up ok.

The fence has been chain link for a very long time. Only the upper advertising boards were wood. So the question about a chain link fence holding up, well, they last a long, long, long time.

The actual home run fence is virtually the same as it has been in the past except that there won't be as many billboards on them as in the past, and there will be green screening on the fence.
