What was the promotion behind the uniform worn by Alex Morales? Pretty interesting uni. Were they auctioned off?

That photo was taken last year. I can't remember what the promotion was for. They were auctioned off. Harrisburg does these special jersey days frequently and then auction them off after/during the game. I wish they would auction the Negro league jerseys off but that has not happened yet.
